A somewhat flat entry into the series that never really seems to go anywhere and suffers from Dr Who’s biggest problem; when the threat is too large, you stop caring because it just won’t happen. A really forgettable villain doesn’t help matters either.

Yeah, this one’s a little flat partly because of the scale. That said, the Burj Khalifa stunt stuff is enjoyable tosh of the highest order.
