The overlength put me off seeing this at the movies; tat said, doubtless I’ll catch up with this streaming/on DVD.

At 90 minutes, this would have been much better. Verbinski needs a better editor.

I’ve not seen The Mexican, but how they managed to make nearly 9 hours out of a Disney ride is one the great mysteries of the modern era.
